In our initial two‑hour workshop, we’ll walk through your floor plan end‑to‑end—pinpointing every build requirement (from concepts to finishes and fixtures) and aligning each decision with your budget framework. By session’s close, you’ll walk away with an itemized baseline quotation that locks in your project scope, cost parameters and clear next steps.

From kickoff to build‑out, our three‑step methodology delivers clarity, choice and confidence every step of the way:

1. Concept & Scope (120 min)
Lock your layout, budget and moodboard—get baseline work orders and costs.

2. Detail & Selection (300 min)
Choose finishes, fixtures and materials—live SketchUp joinery and 3D walkthrough.. This ensures every fixture and finish is fully specified before moving ahead.

3. Visualization & Execution Prep (120 min)
Produce 3D renders, confirm fittings and sign off work orders for build‑out.

2. Project Execution (2 months)
We coordinate with the builder team. We build strictly to work orders. Site managers ensure accuracy and quality.

3. Soft-Handover & Project Closure (.5 month)
We lead a final walkthrough. We fix any snags. We hand over maintenance guidelines. We back you with warranty support.
